目的 探讨脉冲CO2激光开窗联合切刮术治疗囊肿性痤疮的效果及不良反应.方法 将126例囊肿性痤疮患者随机分为两组,观察组采用脉冲CO2激光开窗联合切刮术治疗;对照组采用脉冲CO2激光配合抽吸冲洗治疗;治疗1个疗程后,比较两组患者的治愈率、有效率及不良反应情况.结果 观察组的治愈率为66.67％(42/63),有效率为93.65％(59/63);对照组分别为28.57％(18/63)和61.90％(39/63).两组治愈率及有效率差异均有统计学意义(P均＜0.05).治疗后患者均未出现严重不良反应及后遗症,随访3个月观察组未见复发病例,对照组复发3例.结论 脉冲CO2激光开窗联合切刮术治疗囊肿性痤疮疗效显著,复发率低,且无明显不良反应.“,”Objective To investigate the effect and adverse reaction of CO2 laser combined with curettage in the treatment of cystic acne.Methods One hundred and twenty-six cystic acne patients were divided into two groups randomly.The observation group were treated by CO2 laser decompression combined with curettage,the control group were treated with CO2 laser combined with suction and irrigation.After 1 courses of treatment,the cure rate,effective rate and adverse reaction of the two groups were compared.Results The cure rate in the observation group was 66.67％ (42/63),effective rate was 93.65％ (56/63),while they were 28.57％ (18/63) and 61.90％ (39/63) in the control group.The cure rate and effective rate had statistically significant of the two groups(P ＜0.05).After treatment,there were no serious adverse reactions and complications in the two groups.There were no recurrence cases in observation group and 3 cases of recurrence in the control group when follow-up of 3 months.Conclusion CO2 laser combined with curettage in the treatment of cystic acne has obvious curative effect,low recurrence rate,and no significant adverse reactions.
