外国人在中国境内临时住宿,应当依照规定,办理住宿登记。应进行临时住宿登记的外国人包括: 1、持有访问(F)、旅游(L)、过境(G)、乘务(C)、临时记者(J-2)签证,临时来华旅游、探亲、访问、洽谈贸易、进行科技文化交流和从我国过境的外国人,以及进入我国的国际交通工具的乘务人员。 2、已在我国长期定居或已取得居留证或临时居留证,离开自己的住所外出旅行或进行其他活动需要临时住宿的外国人。
Foreigners staying in China for temporary accommodation shall register their accommodation in accordance with the regulations. Foreigners who need to register for temporary accommodation include: 1.
