班主任的责任感是衡量班主任思想道德修养的重要指标,是班主任对学生、学校乃至对社会负责的思想和心理品质。随着高职教育大众化的迅速推进以及高职教育改革的不断深化,高职院校班主任跟不上时代的节奏,责任感缺失现象十分常见,本文首先从班主任责任感具备的重要性出发,以日照职业技术学院为例分析了班主任责任感缺失的现状,最后探讨了班主任责任感的培育与养成路径。
The teacher’s sense of responsibility is an important indicator to measure the teacher’s ideological and moral cultivation and is the ideological and psychological quality of the teacher in charge of the class, the school and even the society. With the rapid popularization of higher vocational education and the continuous deepening of higher vocational education reform, it is very common for the head teachers of higher vocational colleges to keep up with the rhythm of the times and lack of responsibility. Based on the importance of teacher responsibility, Technical college as an example to analyze the status quo of the lack of teacher’s sense of responsibility, and finally to explore the cultivation and development path of the class teacher’s sense of responsibility.
