2000年8月16～18日,国家计生委确定当年10月28日为全国首个“关注男性生殖健康日”。自此,关注“另一个半边天”——男性,填补了计划生育工作历来“重女轻男”的空白。在人们的观念里,男性似乎总是不如女性注重整洁和个人卫生,清洁卫生是保证男性生殖系统健康的重要一环,需要得到男性的重视。健康,是组成男性魅力的重要条件,男人魅力从健康开始。
From August 16 to August 18, 2000, the State Family Planning Commission determined that October 28 of the same year was the first one in China to “pay close attention to male reproductive health day.” Since then, attention has been paid to “the other half-man”, a man who has filled the gap in family planning work. In the people’s mind, men always seem to be inferior to women’s attention to cleanliness and personal hygiene. Cleanliness is an important part of ensuring the health of the male reproductive system and needs to be taken seriously by men. Health, is an important condition for the formation of male charisma, the charm of men from the beginning of health.
