九十年代初,我国乡镇企业异军突起,在整个国民经济中发挥出越来越重要的作用。伴随着乡镇企业的大发展,乡镇企业的文化建设摆在了重要的议事日程,许多乡镇企业的有识之士已把目光转向了企业中的经济因素更深沉的“文化”因素的培育,开始着手建构并初步形成了富有个性、符合企业实际的优秀乡镇企业文化。
In the early 1990s, our country’s township and township enterprises had emerged as a force that played an increasingly important role in the entire national economy. With the large-scale development of township enterprises, the cultural construction of township and village enterprises has been placed on an important agenda. Many insightful people in township and township enterprises have turned their attention to the cultivation of “cultural” factors that have deeper economic factors in enterprises. We have embarked on the construction and preliminary formation of an outstanding township enterprise culture that is full of individuality and meets the needs of the company.
