为了实现贵阳市的土地利用和交通系统的可持续发展,文章研究在贵阳市实施公交导向开发,建设生态城市的重要性、途径和方法。首先,研究公交导向开发(TOD)战略的历史经验,指出公交导向开发策略可以有效地整合交通系统与土地利用;其次,根据城市规划方案分析计算贵阳市各组团间的交通需求,通过构建包含道路和轨道线路的综合交通网络来定量分析各组团间两种交通方式的分担率,比较有无轨道交通时道路交通的需求状况,分析非公交导向开发战略的潜在问题;最后,给出在贵阳市实施公交导向开发策略的方法,如市区TOD组团、近邻TOD组团,并检验了这些方法的优缺点。
In order to realize the sustainable development of land utilization and transportation system in Guiyang, this article studies the importance, ways and methods of implementing bus-oriented development and eco-city construction in Guiyang. First of all, the author studies the historical experience of TOD strategy and points out that the strategy of bus-oriented development can effectively integrate the transportation system and land use. Secondly, according to the urban planning scheme, the traffic demand among the groups in Guiyang is analyzed and calculated. And rail lines to quantitatively analyze the sharing rate of the two modes of transportation among groups and to compare the demand status of road traffic with or without rail transit and to analyze the potential problems of the non-transit oriented development strategy. Finally, The implementation of bus-oriented development strategy, such as urban TOD group, the nearest neighbor TOD group, and test the advantages and disadvantages of these methods.
