一、锻压机制动器摩擦片修复方法的改进六十年代初我厂引进了一台捷克LKM1600A型热模锻压力机,滑块行程次数每分钟80次。该机采用摩擦片制动器与摩擦片气动离合器机械联锁控制。摩擦片采用胶木石棉铜板,用铆接方法固定。由于机器工作时离合频繁,散热条件差,工作温度较高,使用一段时间后,引起摩擦片的破碎、脱落,造成锻压机的停车修理。用通常的方法调换摩擦片,工作寿命只有3~4个月,
