企业文化理论,是八十年代初美国学者在总结了日、美企业的成功料验之后,提出来的管理新理论.在改革开放和建立社会主义市场经济的进程中,我国职工队伍思想空前活跃,市场意识、竞争意识、效率意识等与社会主义商品经济相适应的新观念,开始为职工所认识、所接受.我们借鉴国外企业文化理论,并注入社会主义新的思想观念,使这一理论为我所用,必将在建设有中国特色的社会主义企业的实践中,起到积极的推动作用.所谓“企业文化”,是一种以人为中心的、软性的管理方式.它主要是以感性因素和情感因素,去协调和引导人的行为.因而它是一种软科学的管理方法,是观念、精神上的诱导,是指一个企业独有的、为全体职工普遍接受和共同奉行的理想、价值观念和行为准则,其核心是价值观念.它潜移默化地注人到每个职工的心灵深处,是指导全体职工卓有成效地做好各项工作,实现企业目标的一种哲学观念.它作为企业的上层建筑,是企业经营管理的灵魂,具有导向功能,凝聚功能、辐射功能和约束功能.优秀的企业文化不仅能成为企业的无形的精神支柱,形成强大的凝聚力,而且将转化为巨大的物质力量,促进企业的蓬勃发展.所以,企业文化理论属于人文科学范畴.

Sensitive factors and emotional factors, to coordinate and guide people’s behavior. Therefore it is a soft science management method, is the concept of the spiritual induction, refers to a company’s unique, universal acceptance and common practice for all employees The core of ideals, values, and codes of conduct is the concept of values. It implicitly injects people into the depths of the minds of each employee and guides all employees to achieve excellence. It is a philosophical concept of doing all kinds of work and realizing business goals. As a superstructure of an enterprise, it is the soul of business management, has guiding function, cohesive function, radiation function and restraint function. Excellent corporate culture can not only become The intangible spiritual pillar of the company forms a strong cohesion, and it will transform into a huge material force and promote the vigorous development of the enterprise. Therefore, the theory of corporate culture belongs to the category of humanities science.
