本文报道了两种苯并咪唑类抗蠕虫药——噻苯咪唑(TBZ)和丙噻咪唑(CBZ)对实验感染大鼠体内的缩小膜壳绦虫的治疗效果和生化作用。选体重为145~150g的雄性大鼠经胃管感染缩小膜壳绦虫的成熟囊尾蚴,于感染后15天治疗组大鼠单次灌服250mg/kg的TBZ(药物溶于水中),另设不治疗对照组。为观察疗效,实验鼠于治后第5天解剖,以KRT缓冲液冲出小肠中的虫子并计数;而在生化研究中,于给药后24小时即杀鼠取
In this paper, the therapeutic effects and biochemical effects of two benzimidazole anthelmintic agents, thiabendazole (TBZ) and cetiazole (CBZ), on the narrowing of tapeworm in an experimentally infected rat were reported.
