金属表面的成份和结构与基体金属不同,它对金属的腐蚀、氧化、摩擦磨损等性能影响很大。七十年代以来,世界各国都特别重视固体表面的研究。随着各种现代电子源及离子源,电子及离子光学技术,扫描及辐射探测技术的发展,创造了多种表面物理分析仪器,并开展了大量的研究工作。本文简要介绍其中的一种仪器——离子探针表面分析仪及其在腐蚀研究中的应用。
The composition and structure of the metal surface and the base metal is different, it has a great impact on the performance of the metal corrosion, oxidation, friction and wear. Since the 1970s, all countries in the world have paid special attention to the study of solid surface. With the development of various modern electron and ion sources, electron and ion optics, scanning and radiation detection technologies, a variety of surface physics analysis instruments have been created and a great deal of research has been carried out. This article briefly describes one of the instruments - the ion probe surface analyzer and its application in corrosion studies.
