对无色叶缘无色稃尖的籼型材料与宜DS(无色叶缘紫色稃尖 )杂交F1及F2 稃尖和叶缘颜色的调查结果分析表明 ,紫色稃尖对无色稃尖为显性 ,符合 1对基因控制的遗传模式 ;控制叶缘颜色的 2对基因中的其中 1对可能为稃尖色泽控制基因 另外 ,本试验进一步确证认为籼、粳不同类型的材料在控制叶缘颜色的遗传基础上存在差异 ,其中叶缘无色的粳型材料中不存在显性互补基因
