国库集中支付是政府支出管理的一个重要手段和方法,同时对提高财政资金应用效果以及全面推动预算改革,起到了非常重要的作用。虽然在国库集中支付制度改革过程中已经取得了一定的成效,但是依然在着一些问题。本文将对这些问题进行分析,并在此基础上提出一些建设性建议,以供参考。
Centralized treasury payment is an important means and method of government expenditure management. At the same time, treasury treasury payment plays an important role in improving the application effect of fiscal funds and promoting budget reform in an all-round way. Although some achievements have been made in the reform of treasury centralized payment system, some problems still remain.
