随着油田开发,大型压裂的压裂液量剧增,因此研究压裂返排液的经济有效处理,不仅可避免污染排放,同时可提高油田整体开发效益。为了保证正常的压裂施工作业用水水质,室内采用配制水研究了p H值、硼、铁离子、铝离子、钙离子等对硼交联胍胶压裂液的基液粘度、交联时间、耐温、耐剪切、破胶等性能的影响,认为处理水的p H值、硼和二价铁等是保证处理水作为配制胍胶压裂液用水的最重要因素。
