初中数学新课程已实施多年,数学课堂教学已逐步走入成熟发展的轨道.近几年,我校提出了“高效课堂九要素”以及“六课一反思”的教学模式,我们一线教师作为课程的建设者、教学的研究者,在课堂教学探究活动中,面对学生、课程、教学形式的变化,以及考试形式的变化,存在着一些疑问和困惑.为了解决这些问题,笔者根据自己在改革实验中的一些尝试、实践,和与其他教师交流过程中的一些体会,提出如下一些反思,供参考.
