空腹式连续刚构桥是一种新型的大跨度桥梁结构形式。研究空腹式连续刚构桥各个设计参数对经济性的影响,并对设计参数进行优化。以某主跨280m的空腹式连续刚构桥为工程背景,针对刚构桥梁底线形、墩顶梁高以及下弦梁梁高等设计参数构造正交试验,建立该桥不同参数条件下的有限元模型,确定其材料用量及经济指标,基于经济指标对设计参数进行优化。结果表明,梁底线形对桥梁的经济指标影响最为显著,下弦梁梁高次之,并确定了最优设计参数组合,为同类桥梁设计提供参考。
Fast-track continuous rigid frame bridge is a new type of long-span bridge structure. The impact of various design parameters of fast-track continuous rigid frame bridge on the economy is studied, and the design parameters are optimized. Taking the 280m long span continuous rigid frame bridge with a main span as the engineering background, the orthogonal design of the bottom linear shape of rigid frame bridge, the height of pier top beam and the upper design parameters of lower chord girder is established.
