对5例正常人,23例前列腺增生(BPH)患者(其中16例逼尿肌收缩力正常,7例逼尿肌无力)的逼尿肌进行电镜观察,发现合并逼尿肌无力BPH.患者的逼尿肌除有一般BPH的逼尿肌超微结构变化外.尚有广泛的平滑肌细胞变性、坏死。后者是前列腺切除术后排尿困难仍持续存在的结构基础。
Electron microscopy was performed on detrusor muscle of 5 normal subjects and 23 BPH patients (16 normal detrusor contractility and 7 detrusor weakness) and found that BPH was associated with detrusor weakness. In addition to the general detrusor ultrastructure of BPH in patients with detrusor. There are a wide range of smooth muscle cell degeneration and necrosis. The latter is the structural basis for the persistence of dysuria after prostatectomy.
