灵山县县域经济跻身“中国西部百强县”,排名居第24位,这真是可喜可贺的事情。县域经济在实现富民兴桂新跨越和全面建设小康社会中处于决定全局的地位。全面建设小康社会,重点在县域,关键在农村,难点在农民的就业和增收。灵山县按市场原则加速调整农业产业结构和所有制结构,加大招商引资力度,工农并进,第三产业配套协调发展,形成了区域特色经济。其中,跳出农业抓农业,以工业化思维谋划农业发展的做法具有普遍性,值得借鉴。
