提出了一种新型的基于简支梁结构的光纤布拉格光栅(FBG)振动传感器,将FBG斜向粘贴在矩形简支梁侧面上,在梁中间设置重物来传感竖直方向的振动信号。实验中使用偏心轮作为振动源,并在梁上粘贴电阻应变片进行对比实验。使用光电探测器(PD)和示波器同时检测传感器受竖直方向振动信号作用时FBG的反射光功率与电阻应变片的响应信号。实验结果表明,两者的测量结果基本符合,说明检测信号与振动信号频率特性基本吻合。由于FBG的反射光功率几乎不随温度而改变,所以该振动传感器对温度不敏感。
A novel fiber Bragg grating (FBG) vibration sensor based on simply supported beam structure is proposed. The FBG is pasted on the side of a rectangular beam with a heavy object to sense the vertical vibration signal. In the experiment, the eccentric was used as the vibration source, and the resistance strain gauges were pasted on the beam for comparative experiments. Use the PD and oscilloscope to detect the reflected light power of the FBG and the response signal of the strain gage at the same time when the sensor is affected by the vertical vibration signal. The experimental results show that the measurement results of the two are basically in line with each other, indicating that the frequency characteristics of the detection signal and the vibration signal basically match. Since the reflected light power of the FBG hardly varies with temperature, the vibration sensor is insensitive to temperature.
