患者女,56岁。面部、四肢起红色丘疹2个月。查体见面部、四肢散在绿豆至黄豆大小丘疹,边界清楚,表面光滑,质地中等。皮损组织病理示:真皮内上皮样细胞构成的裸结节,境界清楚,周围少量淋巴细胞浸润,无干酪样坏死。诊断:丘疹型结节病。
Female patient, 56 years old. Facial, limbs red papules for 2 months. Check the face to see the face, limbs scattered in the bean size papules mung bean, border clear, smooth surface, medium texture. Histopathological lesions showed: nude nodules composed of intraepidermal epithelial cells, the realm of clear, surrounded by a small amount of lymphocytic infiltration, caseous necrosis. Diagnosis: papular sarcoidosis.
