矿用轴流式风机的噪声一直严重地危害着井下作业人员的身心健康.此种风机的进、排气噪声在往超过A声级100dB,甚至可达112dB,比机壳幅射的噪声高15~20dB左右.如能配置性能良好的消声器,则风机的强噪声可望有较大幅度的降低.设计此型消声器时,除了必须保证消声量外,还必须考虑其重量、体积、长度,过于庞大、笨重的消声器在井下无法使用.我们在设计阜新矿务局海州矿JBT-52型风机的消声器时,采取了计算机优化的方法,既保证了应有的消声量,又大大减轻了消声器的重量.
