核苷酸结合结构域和富含亮氨酸重复结构域的受体(nucleotide-binding domain leucine-rich repeat-containing receptors,NLR)是一类胞内的免疫感受元件家族,它们能够通过识别病原和损伤相关分子从而形成炎性小体,激活caspase-1,参与病原体感染以及细胞损伤引起的炎症反应。NLRP12是最近鉴定出的NLR家族的成员,一些研究认为NLRP12与炎症性肠病(IBD)有密切的关系,而且NLRP12可能对肠炎的发生发展起双重性作用。因此,本文主要对NLRP12与炎症性肠病的研究进展予以综述,分别对NLRP12的结构和功能进行介绍,并进一步探讨了NLRP12在IBD的作用及可能机制,为人们认识、研究和治疗IBD提供了新思路。
Nucleotide-binding domains and rich leucine-rich repeat-containing receptors (NLRs) are a family of intracellular immune receptors that recognize pathogenic and Damaging related molecules to form inflammasomes, activating caspase-1, participating in pathogen infection and inflammation caused by cell injury. NLRP12 is a recently identified member of the NLR family. Some studies suggest that NLRP12 is closely associated with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) and that NLRP12 may play a dual role in the development of enteritis. Therefore, this review summarizes the research progress of NLRP12 and IBD, and introduces the structure and function of NLRP12 respectively, and further explores the role and possible mechanism of NLRP12 in IBD, providing a basis for understanding, researching and treating IBD New ideas.
