一、对粘模现象的认识冷冲压过程中的粘模现象往往严重影响冷冲压的正常生产。我厂在冷冲照相机后盖板时就发生这一现象。照相机后盖板是用厚0.5毫米的 A3钢板冲压成形的。成形模材料采用 Cr12钢,并经正常淬火、回火。冲压7~8只后盖就发生较严重的粘模现象,主要发生在凹模的四只内角处,而在冲出来的后盖板凸面四角处发生严重的拉伤,成了废品。曾试用过菜油、猪油、二硫化钼等做润滑剂,都无效。采用成形凹模内腔镀硬铬也未见效。粘模实质上是一种胶合磨损,它是由于金属摩擦副间的滑动面上发生胶合,金属从一面移向另一面而产生的。滑动面上的胶合磨损如果处于外部磨损形态时,只要降低摩
