我省党员电化教育事业,经过10年的发展,全省各级组织部门现有党员电教机构21000多个,省市县乡四级电教网络基本形成,村级电教点在原有基础上,进一步推进和发展。经过对全省近3年党员电教工作的调研,笔者总结归纳出五个新特点:党员电教工作越来越受重视。党员电教一改以前党教的传统模式,以其声画并茂、生动感人、易于接受的特点越来越受广大党员的欢迎,潜移默化的教育效果日益显著,因此,党员电教工作用自身的行为,赢得了在广大党员和领导中的地位。它表现在电教工作引起领导重视,积极参与谋划党员电教工
