In the 1930s, it was the darkest period in Chinese modern copyright history. The revised “Copyright Law” promulgated by the Kuomintang government, judging from the revised contents, apparently incorporated it into the track to serve the party’s cause of the Kuomintang. The dictatorship of the government and the organization of the texts and networks have mercilessly destroyed and banned the publications of progress and revolution. Not only has the copyright rights of the copyright owners been protected, but also the piracy prevails in the publishing industry. Published in China’s central city of Shanghai and Peking, Yadong Library a variety of books such as “vernacular letters”, “young drifter”, “Hu Shi Wen Cun”, “Duo Xiu Wen Cun” and many other Shanghai Beixin Book Company Publishing agencies selling a lot of books are pirated.
