当地时间2005年2月12日深夜,西班牙马德里市中心的温莎大厦突然失火,火势十分猛烈,从起火到完全被扑灭,燃烧了整整18小时,所幸并无人员死亡。但是大火却导致大厦部分楼层发生坍塌,引起了世人的关注。为调查清楚火灾缘由、过程及损失,日本各方人士组成了调查团前往马德里实地调查,并将结果写成系列专题报告刊登于日本的《火灾》杂志,颇有资料研究价值。本刊为此组织有关人员对该报告专门进行了翻译、编辑,并部分刊登,以供有兴趣的读者借鉴参考。
Local time At midnight on February 12, 2005, the Windsor Mansion in the center of Madrid, Spain, suddenly fell into fire and the fire was so violent that it burned completely for 18 hours from the start of the fire.
