无斜撑焊接起重机樑的必须高度和挠度的确定与许用应力和自挠的标准值有关。在这种情况下,采用格构式桁架和板樑所规定的挠度与桁架(樑)高对跨度比值之关系式将会引起大错误。在文献中研究了确定具有平行翼缘和节点负荷的无斜撑桁架挠度的问题,但是采用所推荐的方法计算时,需要花费很多时间,同时计算复杂。因此,采用下面近似的、实用的能十分精确计算无斜撑樑挠度的方法是合理的。
The determination of the necessary height and deflection of beam without braced welding crane is related to the allowable stress and the standard value of self-bending. Under such circumstances, the relationship between the deflection defined by lattice truss and plate girder and the ratio of truss (girder) height to span will cause big errors. The problem of determining the deflection of truss without bracing with parallel flanges and joint loads has been studied in the literature, but the time required for calculation using the recommended method can be very time consuming and computationally complex. Therefore, it is reasonable to adopt the following approximate and practical method for calculating the deflection of a beam without beam.
