枸橼酸哌哔嗪(驱蛔灵)及其片剂。在貯存中曾出现外观有不同程度的变色、有异臭等质量问题。变色品按卫生部頒质量标准进行检查,除外观色泽外,一般均能符合规定,因此,常规分析不能说明枸橼酸哌哔嗪质量的好坏。作者等对枸橼酸哌哔嗪及片剂貯存变色的原因和条件进行了探索性的试验,认为枸橼酸哌哔嗪的貯存变色条件是较为复杂的,其中以游离枸椽酸及铁离子的相互影响,以及三乙醇胺对枸橼酸哌哔嗪变色的促进作用较为明显。中间体六水哌哔嗪用水重结晶,成品用水重结晶,都能提高质量。实验证明:
