克山病是以心肌损害为主要病变的地方性心肌病,对我国东北、西北、西南地区广大农村居民的健康是一大危害。1984—1986年,中央有关部门组织全国近300位专家、教授及科技工作者,对该病高发区云南楚雄进行了为期三年的综合考察。中科院生物物理研究所对克山病患者心肌线粒体结构与功能的异常进行了研究,测试了10项指标。实验结果表明,亚急性克山病人心肌线粒体内膜电子传递链的琥珀酸氧化酶系,琥珀酸脱氢酶和细胞色素氧化酶活性都明显低于对照。氧化磷酸化偶联的关键装置——H~+-ATP酶的
Keshan disease is endemic cardiomyopathy with myocardial damage as the main lesion, which is a great hazard to the health of the majority of rural residents in Northeast, Northwest and Southwest China. From 1984 to 1986, relevant departments of the Central Government organized nearly 300 experts, professors and scientific and technological workers in the country to conduct a comprehensive study on Chuxiong, Yunnan’s high incidence area for a period of three years.
