[现状]在市委、市政府的大力推动、鼓励和支持下.通过民营科技企业自强不息的奋斗,太仓民营科技企业显示出很大的经济增长潜力,不但产生了较好的经济效益,而且带来了良好的社会效益。据统计,目前全市按省级条件认定的民营科技企业共50余家,其中国家高新技术企业3家、省级高新技术企业17家和苏州市高新技术企业10家。“十五”期间承担了国家创新基金项目2项、国家火炬计划项目6项,省火炬计划项目4项。开发了一批科技含量较高的新产品,实现了一批科技成果的转化,进一步优化了
