通过对光氧反应一般机理的分析,确定反应条件,进而提出紫外老化试验方法。基于高分子材料特性,总结了光氧反应的基本原理,进而确定紫外线、氧气、温度作为紫外老化过程中的控制因素。在对比分析不同紫外光源特点的基础上,选取UVA-340荧光紫外灯作为紫外光源。老化温度可根据实际情况进行调整。为了评价树脂沥青老化后的性能,建议利用红外光谱分析技术评价沥青物质组成变化,用劈裂抗拉强度、破坏应变、劲度模量指标来评价树脂沥青混凝土老化后的性能。
Through the analysis of the general mechanism of the photooxidation reaction, the reaction conditions were determined, and then the UV aging test method was proposed. Based on the characteristics of polymer materials, the basic principle of photo-oxygen reaction is summarized, and then the UV, oxygen and temperature are determined as the control factors in UV aging process. Based on the comparative analysis of the characteristics of different UV light sources, UVA-340 fluorescent UV lamp was selected as the UV light source. Aging temperature can be adjusted according to the actual situation. In order to evaluate the performance of resin asphalt after aging, it is suggested that the change of asphalt material composition should be evaluated by infrared spectrum analysis technology, and the performance of resin asphalt concrete after aging should be evaluated by splitting tensile strength, failure strain and stiffness modulus index.
