一直坚信,一个优秀的班主任才能带出优秀的班集体,才能为社会培养出全方位发展的新型人才,而当好一个班主任并不是一件容易的事情,尤其是高中生,他们无论是生理还是心理都已发展成熟,因此会有较强的叛逆心理,总是想着如何摆脱教师和家长的管理和看护。他们也不再像小学生那样以教师为中心,对于教师说的话和教师下达的命令,总是有违背和逆反心理,这些都给班主任的管理工作带来了一定的困难。为了把班主任的管理工作做好,教师要不断地对工作过程中使用的管理方法进行反思和总结,并从中得到一些经验和体会。
