采用低压渗碳工艺对Cr17Ni2不锈钢进行了渗碳处理,解决了由于不锈钢表面存在钝化膜以及渗碳温度较高而无法采用传统气体工艺进行渗碳的问题,比较了Cr17Ni2钢低压真空渗碳后不同的淬火温度和冰冷处理工艺对试样硬度和心部组织的影响。结果表明,理想的表面硬度和显微组织是:渗层深度0.5mm,表面硬度≥750HV10,微观组织由细小、弥散分布于马氏体中的碳化物和δ铁素体组成。
