草菇是一种高温高湿型伞菌,生长迅速。播种后经5~6天,料面出现许多“芝麻”状大小的菌蕾,再隔3~4天就能形成肥厚的子实体。但在生产中经常遇到菌蕾萎缩或死菇,给菇农造成了损失。菌蕾萎缩和死亡的原因和防治措施简述如下: (一)菌种老化、退化由于母种试管分离次数过频,菌龄过长,菌种老化,播种后菌丝生长缓慢,萌发、吃料、封面困难,导致分解和同化有机物的能力下降,影响菌丝养分的积累,阻碍了菌蕾生长。为此,菌种必须年年分离或引进新种,适温保存;栽培种菌龄掌握在25天左右。
