贵州邮政自1998年独立运营以来,面对传统业务下滑、建设资金匱乏、普遍服务亏损严重等困难,在国家邮政局和贵州省委、省政府的正确领导下,以发展为主线,以效益为中心,以改革为动力,以拼搏求生存,以创新求发展,较好地实现了企业与员工的全面发展。2004年,全省邮政业务收入完成近6亿元。六年多来,全省邮政业务收入年均增长11.4%,六年减亏4.25亿元,企业自我发展能力大大增强,经济效益和社会效益显著提高,为贵州经济社会建设做出了积极贡献。
