对甘孜州水泥厂37名单纯接触水泥成品、无吸烟史的工人进行体检和肺通气功能测试。结果表明,接尘工人咳嗽、咯痰、脚痛、呼吸困难、鼻喉干燥、慢性支气管炎阳性率高于对照组,差异有显著性。肺功能指标中,除FVC外,VC、FEV1.0、PEFR、MMEF、MVV均低于对照组并有显著性差异。各测试项目实测值均低于预计值,差异有显著性.测试项目异常率与对照组比较,VC、FEV1.0、PEFR、MMEF、MVV有显著性差异。表明水泥尘对作业工人肺通气功能有一定损害,能反映该损害较敏感的项目为:VC、FEV1.0、PEFR、MMEF、MVV.
Thirty-seven workers in the cement plant of Ganzi Prefecture, who were exposed to cement products without any smoking history, were tested for physical examination and pulmonary ventilation function. The results showed that the positive rate of cough, expectoration, foot pain, dyspnea, rhinorrhea and dry bronchitis in workers receiving dust was higher than that in the control group, the difference was significant. Among the indexes of pulmonary function, VC, FEV1.0, PEFR, MMEF and MVV were lower than the control group except for FVC, and there were significant differences. The measured values of the test items were lower than the expected value, the difference was significant. Test items abnormal rate compared with the control group, VC, FEV1.0, PEFR, MMEF, MVV significant difference. It shows that the cement dust has some damage to lung function of workers, which can reflect the damage sensitive items: VC, FEV1.0, PEFR, MMEF, MVV.
