以桉木为原料,模拟低固形物连续蒸煮,结合工厂实际(目标卡伯值16~18,残碱6~8g·L-1),对桉木低固形物连续蒸煮工艺参数进行优化,研究表明实验室模拟低固形物连续蒸煮最佳工艺条件为:木片汽蒸时间30min,分段加碱比例55:45,蒸煮最佳用碱量21%(NaOH计),上抽提温度135℃,H因子1200~1300,在此条件下能够获得较好指标的纸浆。
Taking eucalyptus as raw material, simulating continuous cooking of low solids and simulating the continuous solidification process of eucalyptus low solids were carried out according to the actual conditions of the plant (target kappa number is 16 ~ 18 and residual alkali is 6 ~ 8g · L-1) The results showed that the optimum conditions of continuous simulating low solids were as follows: the steaming time of wood chips was 30min, the ratio of adding alkali and alkali was 55:45, the optimal amount of alkali was 21% (NaOH), the extraction temperature was 135 ℃, H factor 1200 ~ 1300, in this condition can get a better indicator of pulp.
