目的 :探讨低频高变磁场理疗治疗慢性肾功能不全尿毒症期并上消化道症状的临床疗效。方法 :总结35例慢性肾功能不全 (CRF)尿毒症期并上消化道症状 (不包括上消化道出血 )病人理疗治疗疗效 ,并与同期 2 0例慢性肾功能不全尿毒症期并上消化道症状病人行常规药物治疗组作对照。结果 :理疗组与常规药物治疗组总有效率分别为 80 %、45 % ,理疗组疗效明显优于常规药物组 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 1) ,且复发率低。结论 :利用电磁治疗机的低频高变磁场作用治疗 (CRF)非透析病人并上消化道症状 ,疗效明显优于常规药物治疗组 ,且避免了药物副作用
Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect of low frequency and high magnetic field therapy on uremic symptoms of chronic renal failure and upper gastrointestinal symptoms. Methods: The curative effects of 35 patients with chronic renal insufficiency (CRF) uremia with upper gastrointestinal symptoms (excluding upper gastrointestinal bleeding) were summarized and compared with 20 patients with uremia of chronic renal insufficiency and upper digestive tract Patients with symptoms of conventional drug treatment group as a control. Results: The total effective rate was 80% and 45% respectively in the physical therapy group and the conventional medicine group. The curative effect in the physical therapy group was obviously superior to that in the conventional medicine group (P <0.01), and the recurrence rate was low. CONCLUSION: The treatment of non-dialysis patients with upper gastrointestinal symptoms by low-frequency and high-change magnetic field treatment of electromagnetic therapy machine (CRF) is superior to conventional drug treatment group and avoids the side effects of drugs
