本文通过给家兔食高脂饲料(部分加注射异种蛋白),动态观察了主动脉及脾、淋巴结等器官的病变与单核吞噬细胞(MP)系统的关系.实验结果提示:无血管封闭区域的动脉内膜是发生动脉粥样硬化(AS)的解剖学基础,MPS是泡沫细胞的主要来源,持续高脂血症是发生AS的重要因素,而内膜肌纤维的增生是导致动脉粥样硬化病变不易消退的原因.降低血脂、消除引起肌纤维增生的因素(如免疫损伤)是逆缚AS病变的重要途径。
In this paper, we observed the relationship between pathological changes of the aorta, spleen and lymph nodes and the system of mononuclear phagocytes (MP) by feeding high fat diet to rabbits (partial injection of xenogeneic protein) .Experimental results suggest that the non-vascular closed area Is the anatomic basis for the development of atherosclerosis (AS), a major source of foam cells. Persistent hyperlipidemia is an important factor in the development of AS, whereas proliferation of intimal muscle fibers leads to atherosclerosis Lesions not easy to dissipate the reasons.Decreased blood lipids, eliminate the cause of myofibrosis factors (such as immune damage) is an important way to bind the AS lesions.
