在党的十七届六中全会上通过的《中共中央关于深化文化体制改革推动社会主义文化大发展大繁荣若干重大问题的决定》,对新闻舆论工作提出了新的要求,在全面加强和改进新闻舆论工作方面的同时,也为新形势下新闻宣传工作指明了方向。在全国范围内重点加强新闻舆论建设的同时,高校作为大学生思想交流的集合地,也成为媒体舆论的主流区之一。因此在高校新闻宣传中,党委宣传部下设的校报、广播台、校园网等主流媒体就成为了高校这一群体的舆论风向标。因此,如何做好对大学生的思想引导工作,真正实现高校新闻“以正确的舆论引导人”的基本功能,深入研究高校新闻宣传实践工作中重大理论问题和现实问题,这对于充分发挥新闻舆论在高校人才培养中的作用是一件很有意义的工作。
