随着我国对安全生产要求的不断提高,以液压驱动的设备正成为多数防爆企业的首选,新型液压控制器的研制成为自动化技术的一个重要课题。本文采用模糊PID控制的方法来维系药柱成型机系统的压力恒定和快速响应,采用PLC为模糊控制器对药柱成型机中的电气线路进行设计,针对药柱成型机的工作原理、硬件组成及程序设计进行了详细介绍,通过试用表明,系统的压力精度和可靠性都得到极大的提高。
With the continuous improvement of safety production requirements in our country, the hydraulic driven equipment is becoming the first choice of most explosion-proof enterprises. The development of new hydraulic controllers has become an important issue of automation technology. In this paper, the method of fuzzy PID control is used to maintain the pressure constant and fast response of the system. The PLC is used as the fuzzy controller to design the electrical circuit in the column forming machine. According to the working principle of the column forming machine, And program design are introduced in detail. The trial shows that the pressure accuracy and reliability of the system have been greatly improved.
