本文从分析目前启动的证券市场创业板出发,针对我国中小企业亟待解决的融资问题,提出以场外交易市场作为解决中小企业融资的有效途径,并对设立场外交易市场提出了建议。
Based on the analysis of the current start-ups of the securities market, aiming at the financing problems urgently needed by SMEs in our country, this paper puts forward that the over-the-counter trading market is an effective way to solve the financing problems for SMEs and puts forward some suggestions on setting up the OTC market.
