应用电子计算机迭加平均技术,记录了24名甲状腺机能亢进症(甲亢)、4名甲状腺机能减退症(甲减)患者和32名正常受试者的正中神经体感诱发电位(SEPs)。在24名甲亢患者中F_(?)峰值潜伏期延长者12例,N_(13)-N_(20)传导时间缩短者2例;4例甲减患者中,Ep峰值潜伏期延长者3例,N_(20)峰值潜伏期延长者1例,N_(13)-N_(20)传导时间延长者1例。结果表明,甲状腺机能异常者不仅可出现外周神经传导功能障碍,而且也可能出现中枢传导功能的异常。
Using computer averaging techniques, median nerve somatosensory evoked potentials (SEPs) were recorded for 24 patients with hyperthyroidism, 4 with hypothyroidism and 32 normal subjects. Among 24 hyperthyroid patients, 12 cases had prolonged peak F_ (?) Latency and 2 cases had shortened conduction time of N_ (13) -N_ (20). Among the 4 cases with hypothyroidism, Ep peak latency prolonged in 3 cases and N_ 20) one case with prolonged peak latency, and one case with prolonged conduction of N_ (13) -N_ (20). The results show that not only abnormal thyroid function can occur peripheral nerve conduction dysfunction, but also may have central conduction abnormalities.
