由轻工部设计院设计,唐山轻工业机械厂制造的新型两段式煤气发生炉,目前在山西省忻州市通过部级鉴定。国务院以煤代油办公室、轻工业部、全国陶瓷协会、玻璃协会、河北省科委有关专家参加了会议。这种带干馏段的煤气发生炉有下列特点:1.结构简单、紧凑,易于实现自动化控制;2、产气量比同规格一段炉高10％以上;3、用同一种煤做燃料,产生的煤气热值比一段炉高10％左右,热效率也高10％左右;4、该炉分上下两段,可产生两种不同热值不同温度的煤气,可分别应用,也可混合使用;
Designed by the Light Industry Department Design Institute, Tangshan Light Industry Machinery Factory to create a new two-stage gas furnace, currently in Xinzhou City, Shanxi Province, through ministerial identification. The State Department coal substitute oil office, Ministry of Light Industry, the National Ceramics Association, Glass Association, Hebei Province Science and Technology Commission experts attended the meeting. The gas furnace with a dry distillation section has the following features: 1. The structure is simple and compact, and the automatic control is easy to realize; 2. The gas production is 10% more than that of a section of the same specification; 3. The fuel produced by the same coal Gas heat value is about 10% higher than a section of the furnace, the thermal efficiency is also about 10% higher; 4, the furnace section up and down two sections, can produce two different calorific value of different temperature gas, can be used separately, can also be mixed;
