随着我国碳纤维试生产规模的扩大以及应用研究的广泛开展,碳纤维强度的复丝测试方法,就显得十分重要。我所于74年曾建立了复丝测试方法,对连续预氧化间断碳化的复丝(未加捻、未上胶)样品进行了测定,结果表明复丝测试法较单丝测试法具有操作方便、计算简单、数据的迁移率小等优点,特别适用于检测大量试样的情况。根据工厂的特点,我们将原有的测试方法作了一些改动,用改动后的测试条件对日本东丽T—300碳纤维及我所试制的高强Ⅰ型碳纤维进行了大量的测试,结果较为满意。
With the expansion of our country’s carbon fiber trial production scale and extensive application research, it is very important to test the multifilament test method of carbon fiber strength. In 1974, we established a multifilament test method for the continuous pre-oxidation of intermittently carbonized multifilament (untwisted, non-glued) samples. The results show that the multifilament test method is more convenient than the monofilament test method , The calculation is simple, the data migration rate is small, etc., especially suitable for testing a large number of samples. According to the characteristics of the factory, we made a few changes to the original test method. After testing the Toray T-300 carbon fiber and the high strength type I carbon fiber I have done a lot of tests with the changed test conditions, the results are satisfactory.
