用细胞培养方法观察了不同浓度(10-9~10-5mol/L)的全反式维甲酸(ATRA)对正常造血祖细胞集落形成的影响。结果表明,随着浓度的增加,ATRA对红系祖细胞集落形成单位(CFU-E、BFU-E)的抑制作用增加,但在10-8~10-6mol/L内对粒单系祖细胞集落形成单位(CFU-GM)的形成有促进作用,10-6mol/L的ATRA对巨核系祖细胞集落形成单位(CFU-Meg)生长也有促进作用,提示在急性早幼粒细胞白血病(APL)用ATRA治疗过程中,ATRA参与了其正常造血功能的恢复。
The effects of different concentrations (10-9 to 10-5 mol/L) of all-trans retinoic acid (ATRA) on colony formation of normal hematopoietic progenitor cells were observed by cell culture methods. The results showed that ATRA inhibited the colony-forming units of erythroid progenitor cells (CFU-E, BFU-E) as the concentration increased, but the monophyletic progenitor cells were present in 10-8 to 10-6 mol/L. The formation of colony-forming units (CFU-GM) has a promoting effect, and 10-6 mol/L ATRA also promotes the growth of megakaryocyte progenitor cell colony-forming units (CFU-Meg), suggesting that in acute promyelocytic leukemia (APL) During treatment with ATRA, ATRA participated in the recovery of its normal hematopoietic function.
