目的为降低口腔门诊的医院感染发生率,探讨预防医院感染的管理措施。方法对口腔科环境卫生学及医疗器械消毒灭菌方法和效果进行监测。结果空气采样24份,合格率62.5%;物体表面合格率41.7%,医务人员“六步洗手”后合格率100.0%;消毒灭菌后医疗器械合格率95.8%;使用中灭菌剂合格率100.0%;使用中消毒剂合格率66.6%。结论医疗器械、物体表面、医护人员手易受污染而引起医院感染。加强医院感染管理工作能有效控制口腔门诊的医院感染。
The purpose is to reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections in oral clinics and to explore management measures to prevent nosocomial infections. Methods To monitor the methods and effects of disinfection and sterilization of dental hygiene and medical instruments. Results The air samples were 24 samples, with a pass rate of 62.5%. The pass rate of the surface of the object was 41.7%. The medical staff passed the pass rate of 100.0% after “washing with six steps.” The pass rate of medical devices after sterilization was 95.8% Rate of 100.0%; use of disinfectant pass rate of 66.6%. Conclusion Medical devices, the surface of objects and the hand of health care workers are easily contaminated and cause nosocomial infection. Strengthening hospital infection management can effectively control the oral clinic in hospital infection.
