我馆保存的清代档案数量比较多,内容比较丰富。有“双城堡”、“黑图档”、“三姓副都统衙门”、“盛京内务府”等全宗档案。这些档案,在人类社会发展的长河中流传下来是不容易的。因年代久远和过去保管不善,约有半数案卷破损严重,或受潮后酥脆,或粘结成砖,或缺头少尾不相衔接。为妥善保存这部分档案以便更好地利用,尽快修复这批历史档案,乃当务之急。
The archives of the Qing dynasty preserved in our museum are relatively abundant in content. There are “double castle”, “black file”, “Sanxingduiduoduan Yamen”, “Shengjing House” and other fonds file. It is not easy for these files to flow down the long process of human social development. Due to old age and poor storage in the past, about half of the cases were severely damaged, or crisp after damp or glued into bricks, or lack of heads and little toothed links. To properly preserve this part of the archives in order to make better use of them, it is imperative to fix these historical archives as soon as possible.
