“十二五”时期是深化我国改革开放,全面建设小康社会的关键时期,在这一关键时期国家对处在我国关键领域的交通运输体系的建设和管理提出了明确的要求。在“十二五”规划纲要和国家政策的引导下,作为公路直接管理单位的高等级公路养护和管理单位,应该深刻认识并准确把握当前的经济发展形式,认真解决自身财务管理中存在的问题,努力提高自身的财务管理水平。本文对高等级公路养护和管理单位面临的经济形势进行了分析,并明确指出了在当前经济形势下高等级公路养护和管理单位在财务管理上存在的问题,最后一部分针对财务管理中存在的问题,提出了相应的解决措施。
