目的:进一步认识脑梗死患者的TCD与CT的表现。方法:本组病例采用德国EME公司生产的Tc-2020经颅多普勒超声诊断仪,探头频率2MZz,所得参数均由本机计算机系统自动处理显示出来。结果:55例患者CT均有不同部位、不同程度的脑梗死。TCD颅内动脉平均血流速度异常40例(72.7%),血流频谱异常21例(38.3%)。结论:笔者认为CT可以诊断脑梗死的部位和范围,TCD可以明确的诊断病变的血管,根据TCD波形和血流速度又可以做出脑梗死的病因诊断。二者结合为脑梗死的诊断提供了准确的依据。
Objective: To further understand the performance of TCD and CT in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods: Tc-2020 transcranial Doppler ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus produced by Germany EME Company was used in this study. The probe frequency was 2MZz. The parameters obtained were automatically processed by the local computer system. Results: 55 patients had different parts of CT, varying degrees of cerebral infarction. TCD intracranial artery abnormal blood flow velocity in 40 cases (72.7%), 21 cases of abnormal blood flow spectrum (38.3%). Conclusion: The author believes that CT can diagnose the location and range of cerebral infarction. TCD can diagnose the diseased vessels clearly. According to the TCD waveform and blood flow velocity, the etiology of cerebral infarction can be diagnosed. The combination of the two provides an accurate basis for the diagnosis of cerebral infarction.
