目的:通过左归丸含药血清对大鼠骨髓间充质干细胞GPR48、BSP、BGP的实验研究,探究左归丸对治疗骨质疏松症的疗效机制。从而为“肾藏精”这一理论提供实验依据。方法:将SPF级大鼠分为正常组、左归丸组、诱导液组、阳性药物组骨疏康组、福善美,对大鼠进行灌胃5天。制备含药血清,并观察左归丸含药血清对骨髓间充质干细胞的影响。结果:与正常组和阳性药物组及诱导液组相比,左归丸组的蛋白表达水平明显上升。结论:1G蛋白偶联受体GPR48的变化可能引起骨质疏松症的发生;2左归丸能够有效治疗骨质疏松,这种作用可能通过G蛋白偶联受体GPR48信号通路来实现。
OBJECTIVE: To study the therapeutic effect of Zuogui Pill on the treatment of osteoporosis by using Zuogui pill containing serum on rat bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells GPR48, BSP and BGP. This provides an experimental basis for the theory of “kidney essence”. Methods: SPF rats were divided into normal group, Zuoguiwan group, inducing fluid group, positive drug group Gushukang group, Fosamax, the rats were gavaged for 5 days. Preparation of serum containing, and observe Zuoguiwan containing serum on bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells. Results: Compared with the normal group and the positive drug group and the inducing fluid group, the protein expression level of Zuoguiwan group increased obviously. CONCLUSION: The change of 1 G protein-coupled receptor GPR48 may cause osteoporosis. 2 Zuogui pill can effectively treat osteoporosis. This effect may be achieved through G-protein coupled receptor GPR48 signaling pathway.
